Floor Plans

If you apply for a floorplan that is part of an affordable housing program, you must select and apply for a 12-month lease term. If you apply for a different lease term, your application will be changed to a 12-month lease term during the application review process.

Residents are required to pay: a one-time application fee ($50 per applicant), a one-time administration fee ($200 per unit), a one-time security deposit ($500 refundable), and monthly utility administration fee ($8 per unit).
